Managed the $176 million Value-Based Purchasing Quality Improvement Program portfolio for the Montefiore Health System, and led systematic change in hospital-acquired infections, heart failure readmissions, and ED throughput.
Designed and deployed Columbia University Irving Medical Center’s first telehealth model, supporting care delivery to over 500,000 patients during the COVID-19 pandemic.
